Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to all addresses within the continental United States. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is completely FREE on all orders! The price you see is the price you pay.

How long will it take to receive my order?

After your order is processed (typically within 2-5 business days), the estimated delivery time is 2-7 business days. Please note this is an estimate and can vary based on your location and carrier delays.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been processed and shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on our Track your order page.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days after the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

How do I start a return?

To initiate a return, please email us at contact@inkblotsandraindrops.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with further instructions on how to send your item back.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

We are so sorry for the inconvenience! Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at contact@inkblotsandraindrops.com. Be sure to include your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo of the damaged or incorrect item. We will work quickly to make it right.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. The refund will be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer's policies.
